14-day right of withdrawal
You can return a gift for any reason within 14 days of delivery. Unused, and in its original condition where possible.
How to start a return
Write to info@mojaluc.si with your order number — we will send you return instructions.
Gifts with a name
A gift with a name is made once you order, so the 14-day return does not apply to it. This follows Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, transposed into Slovenian law as ZVPot-1. If a gift arrives damaged, faulty, or with the wrong name through our mistake, we will of course replace it or refund you.
Refunds
We refund to the original payment method once the gift is back with us. Card refunds usually show within a few working days.
Faulty gifts
If a gift arrives damaged or faulty, tell us and we cover the cost of returning it.
